The RMS-6151 industrial computer is designed for I/O intensive applications such as telephony, data acquisition, Digital Video Recording (DVR), high density web server, back office server, firewall, proxy server and VPN gateway applications including collocation.
RMS-6151 industrial computer is an industry standard 19" rack-mountable steel chassis designed to use either ATX form factor motherboards or passive backplanes with up to 20 expansion slots. The RMS-6151 industrial PC provides four disk drive bays for hard drives and removable storage devices. Special care has been taken to provide sufficient ventilation for internal components through four 9cm hot swappable fans in addition to power supply built-in cooling fans. Internal temperature is monitored with thermal probes.
The RMS-6151 industrial computer has LED indicators that provide visual feedback for fan operation and system component status. And to prevent system failure, an audible alarm is activated in the event temperature exceeds a preset level. The RMS-6151 industrial PC is powered by fault tolerant power supplies. Single and redundant 300W to 500W power supplies are available to meet user's specifications.
