The RMS-6156 is a 19" rackmount computer that meets the EIA RS-310C standard. It's specially designed for applications in harsh industrial environments. An embedded control logic allows software power settings, where vibrations and airborne contamination prohibits use of standard commercial PCs, the chassis is constructed of heavy-gauge steel for ruggedness and corrosion resistance.
Its front panel is bonded with rubber for dust-proof and drip-proof protection. It comes with a hinged panel for front cooling fan access and a lockable, shielded door that protects and affords easy access to the drives. Two 12cm in-take fans provide ventilation for internal components. A removable filtered prevents airborne dust particles from being drawn into the chassis.
RMS-6156 rackmount computer comes with four drive bays, three of which are 5.25" in front accessible and one is 3.5" drive bay. It supports a wide range of industry standard ATX form factor system boards, as well as standard 14-slot passive backplane.
