| The EMS-6746 is an ultra low power fanless embedded platform microsystem. This platform is powered by VIA ULP Eden processor and its fanless design allows for it to operate noiselessly with high reliability. This high performance device can also work on a critical temperature environment from -25°C~60°C to meet the wide industrial applications in the market such as POS, Kiosk, ATM, Thin Server, diskless workstation, building automation, outdoor control equipment. Especially for applications which do not allow venting holes for dust-proof concern. The EMS-6746 can be bundled with embedded OS solutions which offer a wide range of Microsoft® Windows® and Embedded Linux family-base products and services including Windows® CE.NET, Windows® XP Embedded and Embedded Linux.
The EMS-6746 has a Watchdog Timer function, which will automatically reset the device and will send an error message to whomever is required, thus, reducing the need for maintenance.
