The RMS-343 series of rack mount industrial computer is a 3U high, designed for industrial control and server applications in harsh industrial environments. The RMS-343 rack mount industrial computer chassis is constructed of heavy-gauge steel for ruggedness and corrosion resistance. A lockable panel provides access to a front cooling fan, and a lockable, shielded door protects and affords easy access to the drives. Filtered ventilation fans prevent airborne dust particles from being drawn into the chassis.
Internally, RMS-343 rack mount industrial computer is equipped with six drive bays, all of which are front accessible. Four 5.25" and two 3.5" drive bays. It supports industry standard ATX and Extended ATX (12" X 10") from factor system boards with space up to 7 full-length expansion cards. The RMS-343 rack mount industrial computer comes with single or dual processor in Intel or AMD brand name. With selected system board, it supports three open PCI-X expansion slot and up to 8GB DDR2 memory.
This RMS-343 rack mount pc is ideal for high-density disk intensive web server, back office server, firewall, proxy server and VPN gateway applications including collocation.
