The RMS-7855 rackmount industrial LCD workstation series is a LCD workstation packaged in a aluminum front panel that meets the IP64 standard. RMS-7855 rackmount industrial LCD workstation is designed for durability and offers flexibility in system configuration over a wide range of applications including operator interface workstation, process monitoring, industrial control and server applications.
The RMS-7855 LCD workstation includes an integrated 15" TFT color LCD panel. The LCD display has a 50,000 MTBF long lifetime. The RMS- 7855 have function keys, alphabet keys and touch pad with on the front panel. A built-in analog-to-digital video signal conversion board allows the display to interface with off-the-shelf analog video cards, making its display configuration both flexible and cost effective.
There are two drive bays and On-Screen-Display controls. Internally, there is space for an additional 3.5" hard drive and have room for a 10-slot passive backplane with a full size single board computer or an ATX form factor motherboard. A card retention system is included to securely hold add-on cards in their slots. Two 12cm ball bearing fans provide air circulation for the system components.
