The JBC420U691 is a fanless Embedded PC constructed of a Lightweight aluminum alloy with extruded aluminum IO panel which supports Intel's Celeron J3455 Processor Quad Core 1.50 GHz - 2.30 GHz, 10W TDP or the Intel Celeron N3350 Processor Dual Core 1.10 GHz - 2.40 GHz, 6W TDP and a maximum of 8GB DDR3L-1866, 1.35V required. Storage is possible by using the Full Size mSATA Slot and expansion by using the half size Mini-PCI Express Slot or the SIM Card Socket. An Intel fTPM 2.0 (PTT) Trusted Computing Firmware and onboard TPM v2.0 IC is available.

The Front I/O Ports consist of a Power Button, Power LED, one RS232/422/485 COM port, two USB 3.0 and a VGA port. The Rear I/O Ports available are a +12V 2.5mm Diameter DC-In Power Jack a Line out / MIC in Combo Jack, two HDMI 1.4b (3840 x 2160 @ 30Hz), two USB 3.0 ports, two RJ-45 ports and two SMA Connectors for WiFi Antennas. The Power adapter is an AC 90~240V / DC 12V/40W and the Operating Temperature is 0°C ~ 40°C with air flow.
