The RMS-6157 series is a 19" industrial computer that meets the EIA RS-310C standard. The chassis represents the next generation of RAID capable server chassis providing high performance in a low cost 4U rackmount enclosure. Feature rich, the RMS-6157 industrial computer is a solid, robust design that will meet the most rigorous and demanding requirements.
The RMS-6157 industrial computer, behind its lockable front panel, there is a huge amount of drive storage with the provided six front accessible 5.25" drive bays, three front accessible 3.5" drive bay, one slim type CD drive bay. Low cost drive carriers can be used to build a RAID instead of using expensive SCA SCSI drives. Also it has a large 12cm intake fan. The enclosure supports ATX and extended ATX form factor motherboards, making it a versatile platform for Intel or AMD single or dual processor systems.
The RMS-6157 industrial computer system is powered by a standard active PFC ATX power supplies up to 600W or 500W + 500W redundant power supplies. Two 8cm exhaust fans are located at the back provide ventilation for the internal components.
