FieldGo M5

ruggedized multi-slot portable

FieldGo M5 is a multi-platform workstation in a portable, ruggedized aluminum alloy enclosure. It can be easily customized for mobile computing and field service applications where there is a requirement for add-on card capability, massive data storage capacity, and the ability to survive harsh field conditions.

FieldGo M5 comes in two base configurations offering host systems with a 8- or 10-slot passive backplane or Micro-ATX form factor motherboard. Both configurations support Intel Pentium III and Pentium 4 processors, have an active matrix LCD up to 15.1”, and have built-in analog-digital conversion board to support standard AGP or PCI graphics cards.

Up to four data storage devices can be installed in the FieldGo M5, including CD rewritable and DVD rewritable drives. The keyboard is detachable from the chassis and comes in two layouts with either touchpad or trackpoint pointing device. Other integrated components include amplified speakers, a full range 300W power supply and a padded transit case.
