The Gigabyte G292-Z44 is an HPC server designed for AI applications and utilizes graphics processing units to accomplish its functions. The G292-Z44 notably supports up to 8 x double slot GPU cards and is a NVIDIA-Certified system for scalability, functionality, security, and performance. The system also features dual AMD EPYC™ 7002 processors and 8-Channel RDIMM/LRDIMM DDR4 slots per processor for a total of 16 x DIMM slots. For networking purposes, the G292-Z44 includes 2 x 10Gb/s BASE-T LAN ports (Intel® X550-AT2 controller) and the Aspeed AST2500 remote management controller.
