The Gigabyte G482-Z52 is an HPC server designed for AI applications and utilizes graphics processing units to accomplish its functions. The G482-Z52 notably supports up to 8 x PCIe Gen4 GPGPU cards and is a NVIDIA-Certified system for scalability, functionality, security, and performance. The system also features dual AMD EPYC™ 7002 processors and 8-Channel RDIMM/LRDIMM DDR4 slots per processor for a total of 32 x DIMM slots. For networking purposes, the G482-Z52 includes 2 x 1Gb/s BASE-T LAN ports (Intel® I350-AM2 controller) and a dedicated management port. The expansion interface allows broad customization options as well since there are 8 x FHFL Gen4 expansion slots for GPUs and 1 x PCIe Gen4 x16 half-length low-profile slot for add-on cards.
