The ICO520 is a high-performance DIN-rail embedded system built for rugged industrial applications, featuring a fanless design and powered by 12th Gen Intel Core i7/i5/i3 or Celeron processors (Alder Lake-P). Engineered for reliability in extreme conditions, it supports a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +70°C and offers cold boot capability at -40°C. The system includes robust I/O with 4 isolated COM ports, 2 isolated DIO (8-in/8-out), and 4 high-speed 2.5GbE LAN ports for advanced connectivity. With a 9 to 36 VDC input range (typically 12 to 24 VDC), it also features comprehensive power protections including OVP, UVP, OCP, and RPP. TPM 2.0 support enhances system security, making the ICO520 an ideal solution for mission-critical automation and edge computing environments.
