Broadax Systems, Inc., a leading solution provider of Fan-less Embedded PCs, announces a new addition to its line up, the TANK-870-Q170.
The TANK-870-Q170 is a rugged fan-less embedded PC constructed of an extruded aluminum alloy and measuring just 121.5mm x 255.2mm x 205mm for the 2-slot version and 154.8mm x 255.2mm x 205mm for the 4-slot version. The processors supported are the Intel Core i7-6700TE (2.4 GHz, quad-core, TDP=35) and the Intel Core i5-6500TE (2.3 GHz, quad-core, TDP=35). There are two 260-pin DDR4 SO-DIMM slots and comes with 4GB pre-installed. This makes it possible to have a maximum of 64GB DDR4 memory. The drive bays consist of two 2.5'' SATA 6Gb/s HDD/SSD

| which support RAID 0/1. There is an HDMI/DP, VGA and an optional iDp to support triple independent display with high resolution. The TANK-870-Q170 offers plenty of I/O ports. Four USB 2.0 ports, four USB 3.0 ports along with four RS-232 (two RJ-45, two DB-9 w/2.5KV isolation protection) and two RS-232/422/485 (DB-9). A half-size PCIe Mini slot with a full-size PCIe Mini slot (support mSATA, colay with SATA) is available. An 802.11b/g/n WiFi is optional. The TANK-870-Q170 accepts 9V~36V DC with a DC Jack or a Terminal Block. Weighing just 4.2 kg - 6.5 kg, this unit can be mounted on a wall or just about anywhere. |
